I am new to goju-ryu, but would like to make it a daily practice. Every day but Tues/Thurs (when my sensei comes into the city), I'd love to have several other goju-ryu practitioners/enthusiasts to train with. In good weather, maybe we could do some group jogs and basic training in Central Park. In difficult weather, we could consider a wood-floored studio rental. We teach Yang style long form, via the Tung family and B.P. Chan. We teach the traditional slow set, along with push hands, two-person sets, Qi Gong, etc. For advanced students, we also offer the fast form, fa jing form and the Hao style long form, as well as weapons and free-style push hands.
